1. General
At Nordic NINJA Store you will find high quality Finnish and Scandinavian products from various manufacturers such as Arabia, Iittala, Finlayson, Martinex, Karto and many more. Our main goal is to give our customers the best possible service and we are known for our fast shipments, safe packaging and best online prizes. If you find a cheaper product anywhere else, please let us know.

2. User agreement
Our user agreement contains the terms and conditions of the use of the nordicninjastore.com web service owned by ProTrader Nordic Oy. By completing the registration process or product order, you agree to this agreement.

3. Term of Use
Our website and products are offered to private individuals and companies in over 180 countries. 
You must be over eighteen years old to order products from our website.
Everything on our website, including any text, graphics, design, images or drawings are protected by worldwide copyright and other proprietary laws. We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site but do not allow to download, duplicate, sell or modify any portion of this site without written authorization from us. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately if you do not obey the terms and conditions of use.

4. Registration
The user can register by filling out the registration form and choosing a username and password. To register the user must be over eighteen years old, provide his/her real name, address, phone- or mobile phone number and e-mail address. By registration, the user warrants that he/she has read the provisions of this agreement, agrees to these provisions and pledges oneself to comply with these provisions. Registration is free of charge.

5. User responsibilities
You as a user are responsible for protecting your own account password and other information. The user is also responsible to ensure that registration information given to the service provider is true and correct. 

6. Privacy policy
The service provider is committed to respecting the user´s privacy. The service provider is the sole owner of the information collected on nordicninjastore.com. The information is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third party agents to perform certain functions, such as credit card processing, delivering packages and fulfilling orders. In those cases, we provide only the information necessary for the performance of those specific functions.
The service provider does not transfer any information given by the user to third parties for any other purpose than what is necessary to process and deliver the order. We will not sell, share or rent this information to any other entity for any other reason.
The service provider reserves the right to transfer the information provided by the User to the authorities in the case of infringement of laws and violation of good practice (bona mores) by the User.
The user has the right to examine, change and delete information about him/herself from the register. Upon request, we provide any site visitor who establishes his or her identity to our satisfaction with access to information that we have collected from them.

7. Data Policy

I. What kinds of information do we collect?

To provide our products and manage orders, we must process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on the information you have given us when making an order from us. You can learn how to access and delete information we collect by visiting your own settings on our website.

We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you make an order, including when you sign up for an account and message or communicate with us.

Information about transactions made on our website. If you make purchases or other financial transactions, we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping and contact details.

We also collect information from and about the computers, phones, and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our site.

Network and connections: information such as language, time zone and IP address.

II. How do we use this information?

We use the information we have to fulfill your online orders. We also use the information we have to communicate with you about our Products, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

III. Is my information safe?

Yes. We do not give out your information to third-party partners. Your contact information will be shown on the packages we ship but phone numbers and email addresses are only for delivery purposes.

Law enforcement or legal requests

We share information with law enforcement or in response to legal requests in the unlikely event that they need information.

V. Data retention, account deactivation and deletion

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services, or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. To delete your account at any time, please visit the settings page on our website.

We also retain information from accounts disabled for terms violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.

8. Product prices, taxes, and customs
The product prices are gross prices and displayed on the website in the currency you have selected. You can change the currency from the top right corner of the website. Our default currency is Euro (EUR). All prices displayed are inclusive of the Finnish VAT (Value Added Tax), which is generally 24%, 14% for food and beverages and 10% for books.

Users from a non-EU country will see the item and shipping prices with VAT tax excluded, provided that you have given a non-EU address or a legitimate VAT number for companies when registering for the service. Users from a non-EU country are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that are levied by their destination country.

Make sure to be aware of any item restrictions in your area, such as candy to Russia or Brazil. You need to contact your local customs office for details. We cannot be held responsible if your order cannot get through customs because of a restricted item. There may also be import fees and customs charges. Used items, for example, discontinued Moomin Mugs are often bought from private persons and cannot be sold with an extra tax, so you cannot exclude VAT tax from these items.

9. Orders and payments
If you place an order you are committed paying it using the payment methods we offer. We will not ship an order out before the total payment including shipping has been completed. If you provide us with a VAT number for tax-free sales, we need to verify the number before your order can be submitted. In some cases we can switch a product to a similar flavor or brand if the product is not made anymore or is not available. If you do not wish to have a product switched please email us or add a note to your order. Usually we do this after contacting you.

10. Shipping and delivery

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. Shipping and delivery costs vary to different countries. Packages are generally dispatched within two working days upon receipt of payment and are either shipped via the Finnish postal service (Posti), Deutsche Post, DHL express or with Postnord. All shipments come with a tracking number. 


We have a new deal with a very fast standard shipping company. The packages arrive in 3-8 working days worldwide. All packages we send are tracked. 


Priority or EMS shipping usually takes 2 - 7 working days to Europe and 5 - 8 working days to the rest of the world. All Posti shipments to The United States and Asia will automatically be upgraded to EMS, so the shipping time will only be 5-8 working days. Please note that these are estimated times and do not include customs clearance time, weekends or holidays.


A door to door service available in Europe only. The price is the same from 0 - 31.5kg so you might want to order more at once to save on postal costs. Remember to put your phone number in so that the carrier can deliver the package as suits you best.


DHL Express is a very fast service with a delivery time of 1-4 working days worldwide. We have a great deal to The United States and Asia so you might want to use this method when ordering under 10kg packages. The service is a door to door so remember to put your phone number in so that the carrier can deliver the package as suits you best. You will be contacted by DHL before your package arrives via text message or email. You can choose another delivery time or date or chose that the package is left on your doorsteps or neighbor. A pick-up is also possible.

This shipping method is best when there are small but heavy items. The shipping cost is calculated on box size or weight of the box. When shipping light items that take much room, then this method is quite expensive, we also hold the right to charge you extra for orders that exceed the original box size.

Shipping fees include handling, fuel- and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order to save on shipping costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We pack items extra carefully to make sure that your package arrives undamaged. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you buy items to a warm climate we always encourage to use DHL express, since it is the fastest shipping method. You may buy cooling gel packs from our shop to avoid melting. One cooling pack per 2kg (4.44lbs).

11. Cancellation and return policy
We hold the right to cancel an order if we are out of stock, there is a mistake in the product price or shipping cost or there are any other issues with your order. This can, for example, be a problem with the delivery address or payment of the order.
Nordic NINJA Store complies with the European Union E-commerce directive, which means that you can return a product if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. When returning a product it must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked shipment service when returning a product. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded to you within 7 days from the day that the product is delivered back to us. When returning an order, you are responsible to cover shipping costs, customs and handling fees.

12. Claims 
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect please contact us. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Usually, we will send you a new item but a refund can also be requested. Please provide photos of any damaged item so that we can opt to offer a refund without the need to have the product returned. The manufacturers and importers are responsible for item quality and we must respect their say in any claims. We always aim to resolve problems in the buyer's favor. 

13. Changes to the Service and this Agreement
We reserve the right to make any changes at any time to the Service, policies, and this User Agreement.

14. Jurisdiction and Settlement of Disputes
This User Agreement has been made according to the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations, in other cases disputes are settled at the Helsinki District Court, Finland.

All parties have agreed that this Agreement and related documents shall be written in English.
